Due to the nature of this review, I will be writing it in two parts. One for long-time players and one for someone who has never picked up WoW in their life.

Very well done story; world quests (Replace daily quests); new animations; streamlined transmogrification system; immense world to explore; wide variety of quests; multiple playstyles encouraged; challenging quests and missions; gorgeous music; can play on lower end computers

Only 5 Champions when you can only collect 8; some classes got more love than others; tables are still a thing; graphics more simplistic than other MMOs; some grinding necessary to advance; monthly fees

People have already talked about the positives, so I will save you from those, and jump to one of the biggest and most important negatives in this expansion (hint: Warlord had it too).

My significant other is very pleased with this purchase. He has not stopped playing the game since it arrived on our doorstep.

Blizzard have done it again! I've only been playing since WotLK but I have to say this is by far my favourite expansion to date. The areas are just beyond beautiful, the game play feels immersive and smooth, the quests and interesting and the lore is brilliant.

Easily still the best game going. Great new areas, quests, features, and lore, tons of content. Quite a few bugs going in this time that are all eventually fixed but still a pain like long loading screens, broken legendary item drops and broken quests but the launch and expansion overall is so far...
