It's a bit odd that Resident Evil: Revelations 2 goes with Kafka as a motif. Sure, the plot involves the literal metamorphosis of an old foe and, in classic over-the-top Resident Evil fashion, is a convoluted mess-terpiece of mythological references to viruses and visionaries from previous games.
The Resident Evil franchise has seen its share of ups and downs as it tries to find an identity while retaining what made it popular in the first place. The first Resident Evil Revelations was a pleasant surprise, modernizing the series with faster gameplay while still retaining its horror and...

Episode 1: Penal Colony is a nice introduction for Resident Evil's first steps in episodic waters. It may seem low-budget at times, but overall it's a superb entry for the series and I personally cannot wait for Episode 2…

I wasn't happy when I learnt that this RE would be episodic but once they put it all on a disc (with the DLCs) I was happier. The game is good. New characters, new story, new environment; I liked it. Trophies hunters beware, you'll have to put some hours on this one.
This game was like two-in-one. First, the obvious story mode- not too easy or hard. And it has the option for two people to play through the story on one system, which is a feature growing more and more rare on console games. Very fun, either way! Than the raid mode..
Callbacks to old jokes; Challenging; Fun To Play; Good Audio; Graphics; Multiplayer
