This is a great camera for underwater pics and to take with you on a more rough environment like ski slopes but for anything else it doesn't worth the money. The pics quality is pretty poor (my phone actually makes better pics) and the menu is not very intuitive.

Fan - Frickin - Tastic

Brought the camera for a family holiday to Hawaii. Takes great photos day after day, morning or night! Took it into the sea and worked like a charm, took photos left, right and center. The movies came out great as well. Love it.

Easy to use; Compact; Build quality; Battery life; Screen size

Nikon COOLPIX AW110 Camera Review

The Nikon Coolpix AW110 is a compact camera particular, dedicated to a specific type of user to search for a device sturdy and able to go underwater. Full HD movies with stereo sound, panoramic photos, Underwater, frost shock, Underwater mode; sensor resolution; stabilizer, GPS, Wi-Fi connectivity

A really good all-around camera

I bought this AW110, as opposed to some other pocket-sized unit, because I do underwater photos. I've started to do underwater video as well as stills. The ability to shoot high-def video down to as deep as I wish to dive is a real plus, and the macro ability is excellent.

Easy To Use; Fast/accurate auto-focus; Good Image Quality; Good Image Stabilization; Large Clear LCD; Short Lag Time; Small / Compact

No Viewfinder

Beautiful camera.

Got this nice / expensive camera as a gift, finally took it under water for some scuba pictures and FIRST dive, well under the indicated depth limits and it died.
Total baummer dude!! I expected so much more out of this well known brand. I got a lemon, I suppose.

Great Resolution; Large Clear LCD; Small / Compact

Complicated Controls; Limited Zoom; Poor in Low Light

Hopefully the fourth time is the carm

I've been through three lower priced water proof cameras that turned out not to be. That's a bad return on investment. Hopefully this higher end one will prove better. I've not yet had it under water but it is a lot of camera for the price.

I want to like this camera but I'm not quite there yet!

Bit of mixed review for this camera... In the water We took the camera to Greece to use on a family holiday and it was used frequently in the pool and sea and worked very well. It is a little tricky to use at times when underwater but I took lots of shots and got some great results Out of the water...

Nikon Coolpix AW110 Review

Nikon as mentioned earlier is a new comer to the waterproof/rugged camera scene. It is only Nikon's second rugged compact, yet it packs most the features found on cameras that have been around for generations in terms of its design and handling, features, performance and photo quality.

Nikon's rugged Coolpix AW110 ready to shoot and share

If you're looking for a rugged camera, but don't want to sacrifice on-the-go sharing, the Nikon Coolpix AW110 is a good place to start.

The Nikon Coolpix AW110 is rated to survive being underwater down to 59 feet and drops of up to 6.6 feet along with being freezeproof and dustproof; has built-in GPS for geotagging among other things and Wi-Fi for easy shooting and sharing with iOS and Android devices.

While its shooting performance is good; the camera's spongy buttons might slow you down a bit and the camera's slow lens requires a lot of light to get the best shots

Nikon Coolpix AW110

The Nikon Coolpix AW110 successfully replaces its predecessor, the well-reviewed Coolpix AW100, with the addition of Wi-Fi and a sharper OLED display. The AW110 is an extremely rugged camera that divers will love as it can go deeper underwater than any other camera on the market.

Wi-Fi; Goes deeper than any camera in its class; Extensive GPS feature set; Altimeter

Blue cast in underwater photos/movies; Display very difficult to see outdoors and underwater
