Great but had to download other software. Really does 60 double sided per minute but you are slowed by the need to name each scan but how do you get around that Couldn't do without it in the office.

Seems to work well. Do like the two-side scanning on a single pass. This greatly reduces scan time on many documents.
Like a great sports car this scanner is small and fast. It set up very quickly. the system mapped to my Windows 10 scan software instantly. I have had one jam that was easily cleared.
Easy to Use; Easy to Set Up; Fast
To state a point, It doesn't get any easier than this . . . The ADS-3000N doesn't need software installed on a PC to work - just plug it into your network via Ethernet and configure the three one-touch buttons on the scanner through a web browser.
Wireless connectivity and cloud support are conspicuous by their absence but the ADS-3000N makes up for this with decent scan speeds and classy output quality. Scan-hungry SMBs that want a networked desktop scanner with a super software bundle should put Brother on their shortlist.
Fast scan speeds; Good value; Great paper-handling
No cloud or wireless support; Scan speed drops at higher DPI
I upgrade from an Workforce Epson Pro GT-S50 Document Scanner. I would definitely consider this an upgrade. The Brother is very fast to scan and does an excellent job detecting blank pages, No Software required to load on my computer system, configured via Ethernet Connection and the output goes...

Brother's scan utility is a little limiting, but the ADS-3000N($619.98 at Amazon) largely makes up for that with extras, like the ability to scan to a phone or tablet via a Wi-Fi access point on your network. In most ways, the ADS-3000N is simply a faster version of the Brother ImageCenter ADS-2400N. The two models share the same dimensions and weight of 9.8 by 12.1 by 10.2 inches (HWD) and 9 pounds 13 ounces, identical controls on the front panel, and nearly the same set of software. Beyond that, setup is identical for both, as are the scan utility and approach to scanning. For details on these areas, take a look at my review of th...
