Beats Powerbeats Pro review: Bulkier than AirPods, but with better sound
If you can overlook the jumbo charging case and high price, the Powerbeats Pro true wireless headphones are superior to the AirPods in a few key ways. I'll lay it right out there: The degree to which you'll like the Powerbeats Pro, Beats' first true wireless earphones, will depend largely on how well they fit your ears. If you get a comfortable, snug fit with a tight seal from one of the four different sized included silicon tips, you'll probably love these headphones and feel OK about dropping $200 on them. End up with something less than that and you may question their worth.
Pros:
- The Powerbeats Pro have better sound and battery life than the AirPods and will stay on your ears securely
- They offer all the same basic conveniences of the 2019 AirPods, including fast pairing, rock-solid wireless connectivity and always-on Siri voice-recognition for iOS users
- Phone call quality is excellent
- Physical buttons for music playback control will appeal to Android users.
Cons:
- The Powerbeats Pro are more expensive than AirPods
- The charging case isn't pocket-friendly, nor does it offer wireless charging
- The headphones deliver some treble push, and may not fit all ears perfectly.

Top-class wireless range, fully-fitted fit - Beats Powerbeats Pro delivers a very engaging sound.
Pros:
- Very engaging sound, and a fit that never falls off. Seamless integration with Siri. Class-leading wireless range.
Cons:
- There are earplugs with better resolution at the very top. Missing some of the features of AirPods Pro.

Best headphones Ive had!
Love the Powerbeats pro cos they actually stay out on my ears AND they dont hurt so I can have them in all day. Ive always had issues with finding headphones that tick both of those boxes and pretty much tried everything out there with no success. Sound quality is amazing and I love the charging case and instant connectivity. Highly recommended!

Beats Powerbeats Pro review
The true wireless Powerbeats Pro a big step up for the Apple-owned headphone brand. They have their limitations (see: lack of noise-cancellation, limited noise isolation and IPX4 rating), but they are Apple’s most premium workout buds.
Pros:
- Easy pairing with iOS
- Immaculate fit
- Enjoyable sound
Cons:
- Case is fairly bulky
- Limited noise isolation
- Only IPX4 rated

Not worth it
These were great... For 3 weeks. The left one died and would not charge. Took it back to Harvey Norman and they don't warrant them so had to send off to Apple to assess. That was 2 weeks ago, still waiting. Try something else or buy direct from apple.

With mediocre sound quality, problematic connectivity and a bulky carrying case, the new Beats headphones are a stylish letdown

The Powerbeats Pro is Apple's first pair of completely wireless fitness earbuds (by way of Beats). They deliver excellent sound and seamless iPhone integration in a low-profile package.
Pros:
- Magically seamless setup, just like with AirPods, Lengthy battery life, Well-balanced sound, Comfortable, stable fit for running
