i brought this router for personal use and it is easy to set up even for the novice with great wifi reception throughout the house even plugged in my printer via the USB port to the network for everyone to use With the Asus app, you can monitor your internet via your phone which is a great feature...

Easy to setup and use, good speed and range. Your wifi may disconnect periodically after updating the firmware, just perform a factory reset and the problem should be fixed (you will still retain the updated firmware).

My frustration with this product is entirely based on the absolutely inadequate instructions included with the product, to allow me to restart the router after installation fails (and it seems like it always does!).

With great performance and lots of useful features, the Asus RT-AC66U, with the latest firmware, is one of the best 802.11ac-ready routers on the market and worthy of its hefty price tag.

This is the best home router your money can buy. Absolutely stunning in looks and a beast of a performer. The router's UI is best I have ever seen. The signals are super strong reaching every nook and corner of a ~1500 soft. apartment.

This is a great router for any network but performs even better if you have an AC network in the office or at home. It is easy to setup and the performance is excellent. With ASUS you know that you have quality and reliability. They are also known for keeping their firmware up to date.

This router is fantastic, second one I have purchased, the first one is in my house and this second one is for one of my family members. The range is fantastic, and the interface is easy to learn and understand.

Don't buy unless you are willing to junk it when it stops working--product became unusable after 6 months and it is impossible to reach their tech support (I have wasted hours trying to reach).

Wireless became highly unstable, dropping devices and/or not letting them connect, after 6 months; After 9 months, wireless did not work at all; TECH SUPPORT IS WORTHLESS--they do not answer; DO NOT BUY FROM ASUS, WHICH DOES NOT SUPPORT USERS

We use this unit with our customers who receive symmetrical gigabit Internet service. Wired connections will easily achieve 9xxMbps in both directions with this unit (many retail level routers with gigabit ports fail in the face of actually trying to route traffic this fast).

Set up was so easy, I was able to do it with my cell phone. Range is great in our building even with all the wiring and heavy machinery and has a good solid signal.
