Really enjoyed the game, played both the PS3 and PS4 versions. 4 out of 5 stars, would have been 5 stars but there are a few glitches in the game.

Last year, I said " Tomb Raider is a resounding success and one of the best reboots this generation." One console generation later, and it's still one of the best games you can play on either Xbox One or PlayStation 4.

Tomb Raider was one of my favourite games of 2013. Rebooting this classic franchise as a dark, grindhouse-esque survival game was no mean feat, but the team at Crystal Dynamics pulled it off.

It's one of the best Tomb Raider games ever made, and it'll live up to the Definitive Edition moniker for those gamers who never set foot on Yamatai Island last year.

Examining ancient relics is just one small aspect of an archeologist's job. Sure, in-depth knowledge of deceased civilizations is important, but much less so than mastery of a deadly bow or a knack for a quick recovery after a bloody fight.

Gorgeous visual design; Lara Croft is a well-developed character with believable progression; Fast-paced; varied combat is endlessly exciting; Exploring the beautiful environments is a peaceful diversion from combat; Slowly unlocking new tools encourages you to further explore past sections

With an emphasis on improved graphics, this PlayStation 4 port is the best Tomb Raider yet. Unfortunately, this Definitive Edition doesn't add enough new content to warrant a second purchase.

No real tombs involved. They keep trying to change and improve on the game play but instead they keep making it worse. If you have nothing to do then maybe pick this one up, otherwise skip this one.
