There's a reason you can find a thousand different types of headsets. It's because people tend to have widely different preferences in how and where they listen to music. People have preferences big and small, from preferring which ear-cup connects with the headphone's cable, to preferences with...
Steelseries Arctis 1 Universal Gaming Headset - Black ARCTIS 1 review
After trying the Arctis 1 headset with different audio content, we have noticed a signature nearly identical to the Arctis 3 Bluetooth by using the same input which is the Creative Sound BlasterX AE-5 internal sound card.
Steelseries Arctis 1
Until Logitech's G Pro X gaming headset came along last month, Steelseries' Arctis 7 had been sitting unchallenged at the top of my best gaming headset list for absolutely yonks. I still have a big soft spot for the Arctis 7 – it's still the best wireless headset you can buy right now, after all, as...
Steelseries Arctis 1 Universal Gaming Headset - Black ARCTIS 1 review
I felt that SteelSeries ’ biggest splash of the year was going to be SteelSeries Arctis 9X , regardless of what else they put out this year. It became my easy-to-sell go-to for anyone looking for a solid wireless Xbox One audio solution.

Steelseries Arctis 1 Universal Gaming Headset - Black ARCTIS 1 review
There are things I’m not fond of with the SteelSeries Arctis 1 wireless gaming headset. The main one is that the sound is slightly more hollow than other options I’ve tried recently. Secondary is that the earcups could be just a tad larger.- Headband will fit your head
- big or small
- Soft pads on the earcups
- Mic is clear sounding and good for voice chat
- Compatible with many devices
- most wireless
- Easy setup considering its versatility
- Good price for what you're getting in a headset
- Lacking bass compared to other high-end options
- Earcups could stand to be a tiny bit bigger
