I bought these to run with but they will not stay in my ears no matter what size I use for the ear insert. I was constantly fiddling with them and if it's humid out, forget it, they won't stay in at all.

I found these earphones uncomfortable and useless. They do not stay in your ears, and the adjustable cords unjust immediately. Terrible design.

I bought these for running, as normal ones always fall out. The sound is very good but they are a bit fiddly getting them on and I tend to keep fiddling with them as I run as the wires loosen. In hindsight I wish I'd bought the ones that just curl around the ear without the wire but they are fine.

Most earbud style earphones fall out of my ears constantly or make my ears sore and itchy but these hold themselves in place and are more comfortable than the ones I'm used to. My personal preference would be for any colour than white but these are available in a few other options.
