Wish the video playback was better. When taking a video it is choppy on my S7. turned off Bluetooth as recommend . still no change. Works great for taking remote photos.

Had this for a year now. Bought it because I love gadgets. Great idea but not a practical camera. Difficult with moving target. System crashes very frequently so Sony needs to fix this if this camera is to be reliable. You need lots of patience! Otherwise get a normal compact camera.
I bought this a couple of weeks ago & so have not been able to test fully test. My initial views are that the build & picture quality are good but it is let down in a number of areas; (1) I had great difficulty in locating the USB input but once found the the plastic covers appears quite frail - a...
I'm using it for one month it gets good pics on day, not so good in the night or low light but even much better than any smartphone mean nokia Lumia 1520 or iPhone 5s. For it price I recommend it :)
I was looking for a lightweight yet powerfull add-on for my phone to take real pictures. This little device from Sony answered my requirements. I can take a picture with the lens from my phone very easily. Sony improved the app interface to let you tweak the picture parameters.
Gonna take a trip to observe and photograph birds. Not need to take as many objective for small plans this camera will be ideal. It is true that some necessotarão photos of some aftercare via Photoshop or similar, but this did not disqualify.
Easy to Use
Poor Image Quality
Fantastic bit if kit. Pop it into my day bag and it's there if ai need to produce more than a snapshot. produced some nature shots that my friend a semi professional photographer described as impressive.
The product by itself is great, I've used one of these at the showroom. The camera takes great pictures, but it's battery doesn't last long and it also drains the battery of your smartphone. The display on the phone is a bit laggy with the attachment, and the setup needs a bit of time.
Overall the QX10 generated some nice photos under the right conditions, and the zoom was useful to have compared with using a phone on its own. However we struggle to see who would buy this device.
With the QX10 attached to my phone, I shot the best images I've ever taken "with my smartphone." The QX10 has image quality on par with other similarly priced point-and-shoots, only using a smartphone.
