Horrible. Complete rip off. Refused return.

Terrible microphone, useless for phone calls or online meetings. Doesn't function anything like advertised. I'd expect this quality for a $50 set, not for $200. Professional level price tag, impossible to use for professional purposes like a zoom meeting. Complete rip off, and being refused a return because of Covid!? So I can arrive in person for you to take my money, but not return? Feels like a scam.

Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earbuds Black - Brand New review

Interesting in-app features add value for money, but the sonic tuning needs work if Sennheiser’s most affordable proposition is to challenge at this level Excellent app support EQ optimisation Neat extra features Timing issues Bass lacks refinement Treble harshness

Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earbuds Black - Brand New review

Slightly better cameras but otherwise, not much of an update - buy the iPhone 14 Pro or switch to Android instead

Better low-light photography, Slightly longer battery life, Action mode gives super stabilised video

The same performance as the iPhone 13, No Dynamic Island or Always-On display, 60Hz screen

Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earbuds Black - Brand New review

Provided you find buds that fit your ears properly, the Sennheiser CX True Wireless provides wonderful sound.

Fabulous sound, provided you get the optimal fit.

No active noise cancellation. Maximum sound level could be higher. The silicone pillows often slipped out of our ears, we had to resort to alternative pillows.

Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earbuds Black - Brand New review

The iPhone 14 comes to market with the same launch price as the previous generation. At the same time, iPhone connoisseurs were more than disillusioned after the presentation of the new smartphone. Apple leaves large parts of the hardware unchanged and does not dare to change the design.

Top performance level despite last year's chip, Very high quality workmanship, Improved image and video quality, Excellent battery life

Hardly any innovations, Charging takes too long for 2022

Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earbuds Black - Brand New review

A slight camera upgrade, new emergency features, and... not a whole lot else

Better selfie camera, Good battery life, Crash detection and satellite SOS are neat

It’s more like an iPhone 13S, Display is still 60Hz, eSIM transition will be easy for most but painful for some

Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earbuds Black - Brand New review

It’s a great handset, but the improvements are so iterative that most of you will hardly notice what’s new.

Action mode offers truly superb video stabilization. eSIM makes it easy to switch phones (with other iPhones). Satellite SOS and Crash Detection add peace of mind.

Many of the specs remain the same as on the iPhone 13. Small battery gains. Photonic Engine isn’t as revolutionary as suggested.

Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earbuds Black - Brand New review

The Sennheiser CX True Wireless are good for commuting and traveling. They're compact and sturdy, which makes them a good option for on-the-go use. Their six-hour-plus battery life is decent, and their charging case supplies enough power for roughly two additional charges.

Great build quality., Full-featured companion app.

Struggle to block out bass-range ambient noise.

Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earbuds Black - Brand New review

Sennheiser came very close to creating the perfect running headphones in the form of the SPORT True Wireless. The open/closed ear tips system is not without flaws but offers more versatility than standard true wireless earbuds.

Exchangeable ear tip design allows for multiple listening modes, Secure fit thanks to wing tips, Lightweight (6.8g per bud), IP54 rating, More 'naturtal' sound than ANC-enabled buds

Charing case is too bulky to sink in your pocket, Admittedly, continuously changing ear tips is a bit of a faff, Space for extra ear tips would be nice in the case, Level of passive noise cancellation might be a bit much for some

Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earbuds Black - Brand New review

The CX True Wireless improve on their predecessor’s sound and features – but the competition has caught up and, in some respects, surpassed what Sennheiser is offering here.

Affordable price, Good seal and comfort, Improved battery life over CX 400BT, If you’re after affordable, non-ANC earbuds Not everyone wants noise cancellation, and if that’s you then these Sennheisers offer a solid listening experience with a few app features to customise the sound.

No ANC, Competition has caught up, Choppy connectivity in busy signal areas, The competition has caught up and, in some respects, surpassed While the CX True Wireless sound better than the previous incarnation, the strength of competition means these aren’t the superior choice anymore.
