Samyang T-S 24mm F/3.5 ED AS UMC for Sony E - Brand New review

Slightly better cameras but otherwise, not much of an update - buy the iPhone 14 Pro or switch to Android instead

Better low-light photography, Slightly longer battery life, Action mode gives super stabilised video

The same performance as the iPhone 13, No Dynamic Island or Always-On display, 60Hz screen

REVIEW: Samyang T-S 24mm f/3.5 ED AS UMC Lens Review

Handling and features Tilt-shift lenses are normally so expensive that many photographers cannot justify the cost, despite its benefits with control of the focal plane and of distortion.

As a tilt-shift lens option, Samyang offers a very economic opportunity with optimal quality for all photographers to taste tilt-shift experience. Unless users go "pixel-peeping", the quality is nice and sufficient. The ideal aperture is f/8 for best sharpness.

1; Very economic opportunity to use tilt-shift lens, 2; Nice build quality but one "tick" lower grade than Canon, 3; Nice aperture control ring, 4; Nice resolution when not tilted, not shifted; 5; Light-weight and sturdy

1. Lock switches release lock completely when you turn them a bit 2. Tilted and shifted images have lower resolution at the edges 3. Focus ring is very easy to rotate; not well damped

Samyang T-S 24mm F/3.5 ED AS UMC for Sony E - BRAND NEW review

Some lenses are introduced and quickly revert to near anonymity, while others garner a great deal of photographer interest – even prior to their availability. This lens fell into the latter category, which prompted me to promptly get my hands on one. The reason for this interest?

Hannah Stryker / Review Geek The iPhone 14 is the latest iteration of Apple’s flagship device. Since its launch, the iPhone has set the standard of what a smartphone is, what it does, and how it looks. Fifteen years later, it’s still doing that.

Top-notch cameras, Amazing display, Snappy performance, Great battery life

It's just "this year's iPhone"

Samyang T-S 24mm F/3.5 ED AS UMC for Sony E - Brand New review

The iPhone 14 isn't much of an upgrade over the iPhone 13, but it's still a great device and an upgrade for anyone coming from the iPhone 11 or older.

Great camera, Good battery, Emergency features are cool, Still excellent performance

Display could use some upgrades

Samyang T-S 24mm F/3.5 ED AS UMC for Sony E - Brand New review

The iPhone 14 is very similar to the iPhone 13, which itself was very similar to the iPhone 12. That doesn’t mean it’s a bad phone — it’s just less of an upgrade for anyone using a phone that’s only two years old.
