I bought this a few months ago and it has proven to be stellar. The reasons I'd give are both numerous and varied so here goes... 1) It is small. I've owned other fisheyes including a Samyang made for Sony APSC and this is less than half that size.

Not an everyday lens for sure, but great for special effects or virtual tours. Lens is very sharp, easy to use, great fun and the price is very reasonable.
EXCELLENT
While it's a shame that picture and sound quality haven't been upgraded, the iPhone 13 was great in these regards and the iPhone 14 is, too Excellent display Admirable headphone performance Solid build quality No upgrades to picture or sound Familiar design Notch is still present
Apple's latest non-Pro iPhone is superb - it's just that it's strikingly similar to last year's effort.
Still an incredible smartphone, Brilliant battery life gets a bit better, Excellent camera system gets a bit better
Last year’s Pro hardware, Wireless charging slow by modern standards, No USB-C; it’s now well overdue
Handing and features Performance Verdict Specification This 7.5mm fisheye lens provides a diagonal field of view of 180 degrees on a Micro Four Thirds camera and is available for around £240.
Excellent sharpness in the centre from maximum aperture; Very good build quality; Extremely compact; Low CA for a fisheye; Inexpensive; Stereographic projection
Compact size may result in fingers creeping into the edges of the frame; Manual focusing ring is a little stiff
Samyang lenses typically don't feature any electronics so while you will be able to mount this fisheye lens without an adapter you'll have to live without AF, a camera-controlled aperture and EXIF data.
More like an iPhone 13S. The generational upgrades for the iPhone 14 are limited to a few subtle changes. At the same time, however, the base price climbs to 800 USD, while the only true innovation happens inside the iPhone 14 Pro series.
excellent OLED display, dust- and waterproof, fast Wi-Fi, wide range of supported frequencies, great camera, very fast performance, good battery life
display limited to 60 Hz, charging rate limited to 20 watts, no macro lens, wide notch
The iPhone 14 is better than its predecessor, but it's also more expensive and doesn't have many significant upgrades.
Even faster, with a better camera and more features.
Charger is optional. Lacks telephoto lens. Price has been increased.
I'm very happy with this lens. (My first fisheye - micro four thirds mount.) Solid, inexpensive, and tiny. I find it complements my Olympus M.Zuiko 9-18mm quite well. De-fished, it can approximate a field of view well under 7mm, maybe even 5mm.
