Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus review: I used it for two weeks, and it's so good I don’t understand why anyone would buy the Galaxy S25 UItra
The Galaxy S25 Plus is the successful middle child, with the longevity of its big Ultra sibling and the affordability of the Galaxy S25. It's powerful, with a fantastic display and the best battery life on any Samsung phone, plus you can get it in bright, cool colors.
Pros:
- More than just a bigger Galaxy S25, Sharp display is bright under any condition, Nice color options, especially if you like blue
Cons:
- Looks just like last year’s phone, and the one before that, Cameras haven’t improved since 2023, Software features fail to deliver on AI promises

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus is an interesting phone. It lacks the flagship appeal of the S25 Ultra with its larger display, S Pen and enhanced camera options, and it lacks the affordability of its smaller S25 sibling. But for many people, this is probably the phone to choose.

- Great design that’s lighter and slimmer, Loads of power, Great display performance, Great software update promise
Cons:
- AI is oversold and not that interesting, 3x optical telephoto now feels old, Not much has really changed

Samsung's "middle" flagship is a solid device, but I wish it had some of the prowess of the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Pros:
- A beautiful screen, in the dark or direct sunlight, Good amount of RAM for the forced AI experience, 7 years of software support

- AI? Is that what you want to spend a grand on?, Where's the zoom?
