I purchased this mouse in May 2018, meaning that as if writing this review I have had it for just over seven months. I absolutely hate it. I have owned mice from all price ranges and types and yet this one, the most expensive one I have purchased to date, makes me wish I had any one of them back.

"Expensive mouse that doesn't quite click all the boxes."

This mouse is great, but for the price tag it's not worth it. There are a few annoyances with this mouse. 1. the battery seems to go down really fast shown in the software and for some reason i can't charge it past 94% with it charged over night, hopefully this is just the software bug and will be...

For what it's worth, if this wireless laser sensor piques your interest, and the cost isn't a factor, we suggest buying it from a vendor with a liberal return policy-and use the mouse heavily before that return window closes.

Attractive; ambidextrous design; No transmission dropouts; and superb sensor; Unlimited game-specific profiles; and five stored DPI settings; Acceleration support; Sleep timer; In-mouse dongle storage

Pricey; Rubber side grips need more bite; Macro editor could use some upticks; No deceleration; angle-snapping

For as long as I’ve been using a desktop PC as my workstation and gaming machine, I’ve always used a wired

Wireless connectivity works perfectly; Good build quality with excellent RGB lighting capabilities; Ambidextrous design is great for left-handers as well as claw and finger grip users

Wireless edition is very expensive; Battery life isn’t fantastic; Not comfortable for palm grip users

Razer Lancehead review: The world's most advanced wireless mouse lives up to the hype

Razer has sold mice even before the singularities formed into Infinity Stones (and well before it dreamed of a laptop with three screens). Up until now, however, the company has shied away from the wireless market because, well, making a reliable wireless gaming mouse is tricky business.

Razer Lancehead

An expensive wireless mouse, but one that delivers where it counts.

High DPI sensor; Great design and build; Useful on-board profiles

Software isn't perfect; Limited wireless range; Expensive

Razer Lancehead Wireless Gaming mouse

The wireless Razer Lancehead has been designed for gaming and features Adaptive Frequency Technology for supposedly lag free data transmission. It comes with a 16,000 dpi laser sensor and a big price tag at £139.99. How well does it perform and is it worth the investment?

One Minute Review: Razer Lancehead gaming mouse

"Not being tournament gamers we can't attest to the full veracity of Razer's claims, but we've found the mouse fast and accurate throughout testing."
