In a word, AMAZING!!!

the flat tangle free cord is sturdy and the inline mic is pretty good for what they are. The audible range of the ear buds themselves are great and I love them.

The Sound quality is perfect really good for gaming as well but I bought 3 times and all the time THE LEFT SIDE STOPPED WORKING AFTER 3 or 6 MONTHS ! Otherwise I was so happy with it.

The Razer Hammerhead Pro V2 delivers in the gaming arena and gives acceptable music performance, if a little bass-heavy.

Great during gaming; Comfortable; Great for bass-heavy music; Acceptable for non-bass-heavy music; Durable cords; Phone answering; Omnidirectional microphone; In-line remote

Bass a little heavy; Noise cancellation was lacking

Razer Kraken Pro V2 Review: A Slick, No-Frills Headset

I always admire gadgets that have a single purpose and excel at it, and the Razer Kraken Pro V2 is absolutely one of those products. This headset makes no bones about being a competitive gaming peripheral, with a no-frills design that focuses on comfort and durability above all else.

Simple; sturdy design; Lightweight and comfortable; Impressive overall sound; Handy inline remote and extension cable

Ear cups take some adjustment; Low microphone volume

Razer Hammerhead Pro V2

On the other hand, the Hammerhead Pro V2 (and the standard Hammerhead V2, which lacks the mic entirely and costs $20 less) serves as a very good set of earphones if you just want to listen to music.

Powerful, sculpted audio good for both games and music; Generous amount of accessories for the price

In-line microphone suffers from cable thump; can't replace the boom on a conventional gaming headset

Razer Hammerhead Pro V2 In-Ear Headphones review

If you've played a round of Call of Duty or two in your day you know that gaming headphones provide great sound and features that make racking up points a cinch. But what if you want to game on the go?

Razer Hammerhead Pro V2 Review

While Razer considers its $69.99 Hammerhead Pro V2 a gaming headset, it doesn't quite fit the familiar mold. Most gaming headsets are simply over- or on-ear headphones with boom microphones. It's a standard design, combining the immersive sound of stereo audio with the reliable input of a boom mic for voice communication. Instead, the Hammerhead Pro is a pair of earphones that Razer has loosely targeted toward gamers. Its sound quality is very good (albeit sculpted in a predictably bass-heavy, gamer-centric way), but replacing the typical boom mic with an in-line microphone seriously hurts its feasibility for reliable, clear voice chat. DesignThe Hammerhead Pro V2 ($69.99 at Amazon)  looks like a Razer product. The earpieces, in-line microphone/remote, and right angle 3.5mm plug are all black, while the flat cable is a bright, fluorescent green. Each earpiece is metal, with a textured band around the cylindrical body that gives it an industrial appearance, and a green triskelion ...

Razer's Hammerhead Pro V2 is a solid set of earphones, but without a boom mic, it fails to impress as a gaming headset.

Powerful, sculpted audio good for both games and music; Generous amount of accessories for the price

In-line microphone suffers from cable thump; can't replace the boom on a conventional gaming headset

Meh

Comfort - 4.5/5 Audio - 4.5/5 Mic - 3.5/5 Durability - 2/5

Really comfortable to wear; sound was pretty good and mic transmitted alright

Weakness is with the volume control on the wire; While adjusting it, it would frequently cause one or both speakers too cut in and out and cause audible static / clicking from the mic that would also transmit to all parties that you are connected with Also after about a year and half the mic stopped...
