Plantronics BackBeat Go 2 wireless earbuds

Plantronics is aiming to be a market leader in wireless earbuds with the BackBeat Go 2 , and the second generation model is a significant improvement over its predecessor. The BackBeat Go 2 earbuds produce decent quality sound for a reasonable price, but we still long for improved battery life and...

Improved audio quality; Inline controls provide much better tactility; Charging case is a nice extra

Battery life could be better; Lack of bass; Fit won't suit all users

Your perfect companion for jogging and gymming – Plantronics BackBeat GO...

Quiet an improvement from the original Plantronics BackBeat GO 2, especially in the sound department. Sporty look. Plantronics BackBeat GO 2 review – Getting annoyed with that dangling earphone cables while gymming or jogging? Or perhaps you hate the old, boring look of a Bluetooth headset?

Plantronics BBG2

I was looking for the best deal for these bluetooth earbud headphones and found myself here. Price is cheaper than what I've found on eBay and company is Australian owned! Despatch and delivery was quick. No waiting for days or weeks if I had bought the one from eBay.

"Short battery life"

Battery drained faster than expected and sudden short cut outs every now and then but very good quality for the price. Good sound quality and fast connectivity

Decent earphone for a decent price

The sound quality is very pure but there's not much bass in it. I compared it with my skullcandy in ear headset and it had better bass than the Back beat go 2. And the earplugs are bit heavy so it is not comfortable it slips right out after some time.

Backbeat Go2 Review

After spending quite a while reviewing wireless earphones (not over the ear headphones) I opted for these over the more expensive Jaybird Bluebuds. The build quality is good as you would expect with Plantronics. I use these whilst exercising.

Great sounds great quality and great feeling

This headset is great but only one problem the buttons on the headset are only compatible with the default music play you should download other music playes which are compatible with the headset yes the myth they do fall out but they stay fitted well

It is high on sound output and is sturdy, but may put you off with its battery life. Almost all smartphones and tablets these days come with a wired headset, while a few come with a headphone as well. However, only a few costlier ones have a decent headset/headphone.

Design; Power bank pouch; Sound output

Battery back up; Power bank pouch not bundled

Plantronics BackBeat Go 2 Wireless Earbuds Review

Plantronics' BackBeat Go 2 do exactly what a pair of wireless earbuds should do: free you from the cords that keep you tethered to your smartphone, offer good audio in a comfortably secure design and do so at a great price.

Secure and comfortable ear inserts; Audible battery-level notifications; Inexpensive

Could have stronger bass; Short battery life
