Nokia E66 smartphone

Review The next-gen version of the E65 slider is longer, but slimmer, and packs in a 3.2 megapixel camera, push email, HSDPA, AGPS, more memory and better battery life – all in a good-looking package.

Nokia E66

It's not often that Nokia releases a new range of business phones, and when it does you'd better sit up and take notice. The last time round, it was the E61 that had us in raptures, with its Blackberry-beating keyboard and good range of software and features.

Nokia E66 Review

Nokia's Eseries is one of the most appealing handset line-ups, which targets businessmen on the go. Usually, those interested in such business devices aren't looking for any 'wow' factor or high-specs like excellent music sound or high quality camera, but prefer to have a wide range of email options...

Unfortunately, the main attractions of E66 are hidden under the hood. Design cannot be added here; even if E66 is no ugly phone, it doesn't impress either. Some of the best features of the handset include: HSDPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, built-in GPS receiver with A-GPS function, document editor, VoIP...

I wouldn't mention the design here even if it needs some improvements; Instead, I'm so frustrated by the low talk time offered by the 1000 mAh battery; Camera could also be better or not at all; I would've also preferred a larger display for emails and a better Web browsing experience

Nokia E66

It's raining Nokia S60 smartphones here lately, and we were lucky enough to receive the US version of the recently announced but not yet released Nokia E66 for review. The US version is a quad band unlocked GSM phone with US 3G HSDPA on the 850/1900MHz bands.

Has complete support for US bands, including 3G; The NAM model has a US warranty; Extremely attractive design and quite thin; WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G, FM radio, MP3 player and a 3 megapixel camera-- the phone has all; Nice use of the accelerometer for screen rotation and silencing the phone

Reception is just average (usually Nokia phones have very, very strong reception); Camera images aren't very good

Review of Nokia's sexy E66 business smartphone

Nokia's E66 is one of the company's latest additions to its Eseries of business smartphones. The E66 includes features like WiFi, a 3.2 megapixel AF camera, and Nokia's famous S60 web browser. We put it through its paces in this review and like what we find.

The Nokia E66 is one of two recent additions to Nokia's E-Series lineup of business oriented device, the other is the QWERTY sporting E71. We found the E66 to be a very attractive device, and those looking for an all-in-one device are going to give it a hard look.

Nokia E66 review

Like the E71, Nokia's E66 feels well made, but there are significant differences between the two handsets. The E66 doesn't have the same QWERTY keyboard that sits under the E71's screen, preferring to use a sliding numeric keypad instead.
