Best Tactical Game on the Switch till this date!
If you like the turn-based combat style of games like Worms then pay attention. Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will be right up your street.
Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle should not work and should not be this fun, but it does work and it is that much fun. Ubisoft has done a commendable job in bridging two franchises together. If you're a Nintendo Switch owner, this is one game you should put into your library.
Exciting gameplay; Decent challenge; Colourful; vibrant world
Little offered in terms of content in the worlds
How Ubisoft's Rabbids become intertwined with Nintendo's Mushroom Kingdom, featuring Mario and friends, is unimportant. Ambivalence towards Rabbid-style toilet humor might cause you to question this dubious marriage, but there's an admirable and wholehearted commitment in Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom...
Deep and exciting turn-based combat system; Satisfyingly challenging difficulty; Flexible options and helpful tools encourage progress and experimentation; An undeniably charming; vibrant world
Some minor technical imperfections
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is a great entry point for strategy games, and has a ton of layered depth to keep seasoned tacticians engaged for days on end.

The Mushroom Kingdom and madcap world of Ubisoft's Rabbids are two franchises I never thought would go together, but much like peanut butter and jam, they have combined to create something beautiful.
An absolutely stunning world; Deep combat system that isn't at all complicated; So much fun to play; The two worlds work really well together
Not much to do outside of combat; Sharp difficulty spikes
This wonky crossover is the unlikely source of a superbly designed tactical combat challenge as well as a charmingly silly adventure.
Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is a gorgeous, amusing, and challenging turn-based strategy that's easily the best exclusive on Nintendo Switch so far. I'm just as surprised as you are.
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is a must have for Switch-owning fans of turn-based tactical games. More importantly, such is the style and depth on offer that it's also ideal for those that haven't played much of the genre, for whom 'X-COM' sounds like a silly acronym from a war movie.
Okay, so maybe I've been irreparably spoiled by the Disgaea series, but I want the ability to cancel a move action after it's been made. I recognize that certain elements of unit behaviour preclude this possibility.
Visuals are thick with Nintendo Polish; Rabbids are charming as either heroes or villains; Combat system is deep yet accessible
Game too hard or too easy depending on your experience; You can't cancel a move once you've made it; More worlds with fewer chapters; please
