Compact, easy to operate

This tripod is very easy to use, transport and store. Very impressed with the flexibility in operating it, but it's just not made for larger cameras.

Size; weight; flexibility

Not made for larger cameras

Light, small and flexible

The head will lock-down in almost any position. Very flexible. Can rotate to 90deg. (like from landscape to portrait) Quick any easy. Has a video mode that restricts movement to panning - but there is a little play, so not high-end unit for video.

Folds Small; Good Stability; Lightweight; Lock In Any Position; Unfolds Quickly

Manfrotto MKC3-H01 tripod

A travel tripod to take anywhere?

Extremely light and portable; Solid aluminium/tough plastic build quality; Easy to use and adjust; Unique ball-head design caters for still photographers and videographers

Can get a bit wobbly when fully extended; Minimum height of 44cm a little restricting

Very happy with this

I initially purchased the Canon tripod that comes in a combo, but I had to return it because of the poor quality. I opted for the Manfrotto and I'm glad I did. It's light weight, looks and feels like a quality product.

Good starter tripod

Did a lot of research before settling on this one. I was tempted to go with something cheaper, but quickly learned that this company makes good products. It's compact and light, but not too small at the same time and extends to a really good height so you don't have to bend over.

great tripod for the price!

when i first bought this i was a little big skeptical, the legs looked a little flimsy and i wasn't sure if it would hold my big heavy Canon 60D...
