the head band is quite a tight spring to it, no chance of it sliding or moving thats for sure
The descriptions of this headset is accurate and correct. I have been using this happily for 3 months now. The sound quality is top notch even when playing music. The inline control is very convenient.
Very good for skype, online meetings, voip etc. It's very much plug and play with Windows computers. Loud enough, and callers say mic quality is good too. Mic works on either side of the head. Only gripe is the cable and inline buttons are a placed a little awkwardly.

I appreciated the easy installation: plug it in and it works. (On a Windows 7 Dell laptop docking station.)
I find the headset very comfortable; smooth-surface ear pads are better than foam for me. The microphone boom works left side or right and its shape is adjustable to put it where you prefer alongside your face. Sounds fine. Controls on an inline gadget on the cord are handy: mute, volume, on/off
