Best Bang for Buck for Workstation Purposes and Games

I'm an engineer that plays games so this will be from that perspective. I've been using this for 3 weeks now as my work and home computer. Setup with AMD 5950x, and X570 Motherboard, a no compromises setup. CAD Modelling - a major Frame generate increase from my Quadro M4000, the models i use are large assemblies with more than 2000 detailed parts. e.g many screws and nuts. and it perfectly handles this use case well. Gaming - I play games and maxed out settings with a 75Hz 2K monitor. and there are no Hiccups at all. it is absolutely perfect. there's no comprises here.
