I have been familiar with this product for some time so there were no surprises. It packs easily and is sturdy enough to handle my rather heavy DSLR (Canon 5D MIII).I have some mobility problems and will be using it to steady the camera when shooting from a car window.

Bought this to replace my previous gorilla pod that is rusting on a beach in Hawaii. Meets my needs for a portable and creative tripod. I've wrapped it around trees, railings, poles, chairs, and many other stable objects. The ballhead is a great addition to be able to quickly level and frame shots.

A fantastic tripod for those photographers that would like to get rid of the common photography problems such as motion blur or lack of focus.

I use this product mostly to mount my wireless flash just were I want it, what can i say, it will stand, lean, hang, do pretty much anything you want of it.
With the flexability of the legs it seems limited in its support.

This is a great item to have in your gadget bag; it is lightweight and small. The Gorillapod tripod works well supporting my Canon 50D w/17-55mm f2.8 zoom. Very stable. Quality built.
