If there's one thing that can be considered essential to an office environment, it's a printer. Documents are an important part of business. Without the ability to print, you may find that several essential functions grind to a halt.

Ever since I bought the printer I've been having problems, I can't get it to print correctly on 11x17 it's either printing off center or increases the image size by an 1/8" or 1/4". I've spoken to HP for over 8 hrs on the phone and they don't have a resolution to the problem. MacOS Sierra 10.12.6
Printers are one of those things you really wish you didn't need to use but they do come in handy from time to time. Businesses are especially in need of a good printer and the HP Officejet Pro 7740 is an ideal size for a small office that doesn't skimp on the functions.
Ideal size for a small office; not too big and doesn't sacrifice functions; fast printing
Initial setup takes a bit longer than I would have liked; though it may have been my network settings
Having recently told you about an A3 printer that was little bigger than an A4 unit here this is not only larger and faster it has two built in paper trays and can easily serve a whole office via Wi-Fi and Ethernet and even print remotely.

So far this is really awesome. I got it installed and it is running very well for me. it has a lot of cool features (like setting the printer to turn on and off at set times) plus printing on front and back.
This snappy and competitively priced wide-format AIO prints, copies, and scans well, but high running costs keep it from top billing.
Supports tabloid-size printing; scanning; copying; Good print; scan; copy quality; Relatively fast; Plenty of mobile features; Two large input drawers; 35-sheet single-pass duplexing ADF
High cost per page; Small output tray
Copier, Scanner, Scans 11x17, Color Printer, ADF The printer was easy to set up; Wireless printing was easy to configure; I like that it scans/prints 11x17, even though I don't print that size very often; Printing is pretty quick; It also has ethernet for hard wired connections.
Not really a con; but this thing is huge
