My Fujifilm XE4 & the Fujifilm 27mm F 2.8 lens, is a brilliantly devised small set up for street photography, I love to shoot with my Xpro2, when the weather is wet, but when the weather is warm and dry, the XE4 is just superb on the streets

This camera is a bit of a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Very modest in appearance but stacked with function that provides a photog with all they need in most circumstances. Weather sealing would make it almost perfect. Autofocus is lovely and snappy. The button personalisation options are great too.
Many of the other reviews of the Fuji X-E4 suggest that its role is as a second camera. My own view, after using it for a few weeks, is that this one camera covers all the bases for me. Frankly, its perfect! The kit with its 27mm pancake lens is a joy to use in every situation I commonly find myself in; street, landscape, portrait and even abstract. One pre-purchase attraction was that the X-E4 has interchangeable lenses. I've only changed the 27mm lens once in eight weeks - and that was to use an ND filter that fits onto my Fuji 35mm. So, for 95% of my photography, the X-E4 plus 27mm combo is ideal. And thanks to being able to change lenses, the remaining 5% is covered too.
Had it a couple of months now and whist the 27mm lens is pretty good with a small form factor, I would have preferred a 18mm kit lens
Really happy overall, weatherproofing would be a nice addition and a more robust screen would be good as is quite fragile.
