Very comfortable to carry up and down stairs. Surprisingly powerful. The hair screw tool is very effective. My house has never been this clean. It has improved the quality of my life.

Best stick vacuum ever!

I use the Dyson V12 every day because its light, and has starter button so no more holding the handle to keep it working. It last more than 30 minutes before recharging. Dyson V12 does an excellent job in picking up pet hair,dust and dirt.I made use of all the different cleaner heads, the soft dusting brush great to clean cabinets and book shelves.The emptying of the bin is incredibly easy. I recommend this Dyson for any family , pet owners and apartment residents

BEST STICK VAC CLEANER EVER!!!

Compared to every other stick or cordless vacuum cleaner my partner and I have ever had this by has by far gone above and beyond all our expectations!!! The new inline dust bin is absolutely amazing, as with just a few effortless up and down motions the container is empty in under 30sec. Also its very easy to maneuver in and around the house into little corners of rooms and behind doors as well but most of all the maneuverability is by far the most valuable of all especially as I can relate to who have chronic pain. Thank you so much Good Guys, Bayswater for your amazing, polite & informative customer service as per usual we couldnt falter it not one bit even between the customer service agents in there respective departments!!!

Works well for me

I like it in spite of its limited capacity, I knew this issue before I bought it. Plenty of power, versatile, not having a power cord is a major benefit. It can be heavy to use over an extended period, but if you use it frequently, it gets the job done quickly.
