After 2 weeks of waiting for my product to be delivered (email guidance was 2-7 business days), I had to call the store and ask for tracking s, which hadn't been supplied. After several calls I was passed the correct information and established that the freight Co had simply created the job but never picked the item up. Although this is definitely the freight Co issue, TGG provided little info to me to help track it and seemed to assume no responsibility for any after sales process. You're only as good as your supply chain. I am eagerly awaiting the delivery.
