Canon imageClass LBP113w Review

The Canon imageClass LBP113w ($159) is an entry-level single-function monochrome laser printer that's designed for light-duty output in a small office or front counter setting, or as a personal laser printer. As do most other print-only monochrome machines we've reviewed recently, this one prints well, especially text documents. It's also relatively fast, and it takes up very little desk space. That said, it's overshadowed by the Editors' Choice Brother HL-L2370DW, which offers a slew of additional features and costs $30 less. Small, Practical Printing Measuring 8.8 by 14.8 by 11.5 inches (HWD) and weighing about 12.1 pounds, the LBP113w is slightly smaller and about 7 pounds lighter than its imageClass LBP151dw sibling. It's also a little leaner than Brother's HL-L2370DW, but significantly smaller and lighter than Epson's WorkForce Pro WF-M5299, a monochrome inkjet alternative.
