Bought the Brother DCPL3551CDW and the colour printing is blurred. B&W okay. The Brother help-line could not assist so we took the printer back to PBT who said, quote, "nothing wrong with it as there are no lines on the printed documents". They said they had no responsibility for its performance. We said under the CGA if the product is not of acceptable quality then we have the right to choose a refund. PB Tech disagreed and said they don't have to! Poor service PBT.
