I replaced a 60mhz monitor for this BenQ and the difference is night and day. I didn't think the 144mhz would be noticably different but if you play mostly FPS, you will see it. The build quality is solid and the base is sturdy and adjustable.

Broke within a month of having it kept getting really hot and turn off then just didn't turn back on!

Very Poor colors and not impressed at all with this monitor.

Best OSD for settings I've ever used. Exceptional colours for a TN panel (actually rivals my IPS panel). Gaming at high refresh rate is amazing and I can't go back now. Has some VERY slight scanline issues on dark greys, but really doesn't bother me that much at all.

Make sure to calibrate the monitor when you get it as the factory settings are a little crap - and to get the full 144hz experience you will need to use the display cable it provides. And then it is just fantastic. Lots of manoeuvrability and incredibly smooth. Once you go 144hz you don't go back.

Upgraded from an old 60 hz monitor to a 144 hz monitor was a really big game changer for me. And right as you turn this monitor on you can already see the difference on how smooth the mouse cursor moves around the screen. But enough about the transition.

!!!MOST IMPORTANT THING BEFORE YOU BUY THIS MONITOR!!! If you choose to get this monitor, BEFORE you open the box, make sure that the box says 24XL11P and NOT 24XL11 !!!!!! Remember the P!!! The 24XL11 is the older model. The 24XL11P has the displayport input!!
