The latest offering from Gearbox Software and 2K Games, the studio behind Borderlands and Borderlands 2 , Battleborn is an online first-person shooter with a heavy focus on team-based action.

Battleborn is a cooperative "hero shooter" first and foremost. You can pick from one of 25 (yes 25!) different characters, join up with four other people (or play solo) to fight hordes of enemies across eight massive interlinking campaign missions.

Where the Battleborn experience is often at its most chaotic, it is usually at its most fun. However, this tends to be rather less than would have been hoped. Battleborn is not a pure FPS; the 25 (to start with) characters that make up the playable cast are all augmented with several unlockable...

In a industry that is filled to the brim at this point with MOBA's and other class based shooter games it's getting increasingly difficult to create something that stands out from the rest. Battleborn has done just that as it is something new and something unique.

The cast of is fantastic; I've enjoyed exploring the ins and outs of characters like the steampunk sniper Marquis and fungal healer Miko, and every time I play I'm focused on earning further access to the unique roster.

GReat game, takes forever to get into a round. No player pool.

Could be the GOTY for me. Has multiplayer, has single player, has co-op, has competitive play. This game is the full package, something other games should work on. Good bye life.

Only if you liked Borderlands will you probably like this game (at least graphics wise) Here we have the basic comic book style graphics. I myself like more realistic graphics, but that does in no way take away the great hours of game play you will find here in this game.
