ANC barely works

If you're looking for a great pair of ANC earbuds, this is not for you. I've tried all the ear tips supplied in the box, I've also installed the software to unlock more features and control, the ANC doesn't seem to work decently. It's very weak; however, I'm not giving this a one-star, because for the price these earbuds are fantastic for other uses like calls, music and podcast. Again, for ANC purposes, discard this from your list of choices.

It's good value for money, but a little painful.

The buds seem to cause a little bit of pain at the top part of my ear opening. If I put them in a particular way I can get around that issue but it isn't a problem I have had with other wireless ear buds. The sound quality and noise cancelling is quite good compared to other products at this price level. The fine print on the listing states only 4 Xiaomi phone models have access to all the settings the buds have but if you do some searching, a 3rd party app is available to give you access to these settings. Sometimes they momentarily disconnect from my phone then reconnect, not too much of a problem but still annoying.
