No issues after a year of usage. Plug and play with Windows 10. Excellent reception and performance for my needs (router on the same floor, in the next room).
Excellent range; Excellent performance; Compact size

Kept needing to be reinstalled; Not good
It just overheated and died. It was great until then. There are cheaper mini USB Adapter which will work as good and probably last longer.
The TP-LINK mini adapter has proven to be fast and reliable so far. With it and a new router, our download speed went from 2.5 MHz to 11 MHz on average. And, I can plug other devices into the USB drive next to the one the TP-LINK is in, unlike with other bulkier wireless antennas.
Performs as I'd iexpect for the price, I can manage around 60mbps down/up on my ASUS RT-AC68U. I mainly bought it as a failover for university where my previous adapter kept dropping out, this had no such problems. The plug and play installation (tested on Windows8.1 64bit) is great too.
Small sized USB Wi-Fi adapters are really handy, especially for devices that are inadequate in their Wi-Fi capacity like the Dell Vostro 5460 I reviewed not too long ago.
Best product and timely delivery. The product is working well and it meets all it's specs.
Inexpensive and functional, what more can you ask I have extremely high speed internet and my wifi router is in a separate room. Still, have downloads at 2500 KBPS. not bad
I'm not sure if its actually 300mbits, its not quite that fast, I don't believe, but its nice and quick. FYI: Windows 7 does not find the drivers, must use CD.
