Super easy set up. Ethernet port comes in super handy. It is a little larger than I would like but ir definitely gives enough room to work with in a regular outlet. Speeds are great! I am using it with a TP link router and they linked perfectly.
The TP-Link AC 1750 I purchased was hard to install. I have 2 wi fi set up: one for 2.4 GHz and 1 for 5GHz. I could not be able to set up 2.4 and 5 at the same time. It accepts only either 2.4 or 5. After trying several time I gave up and set up only one wi fi extender 5 Ghz.

I've been using this for a few weeks now, and it works exactly as it's supposed to, despite what others might say. However you WILL need to UPDATE it first. The instructions on the website, are quite clear on how to do this, just follow them step by step.
Set-up is very easy but I recommend you use the web-based admin process rather than just pressing buttons on the device - if you do the latter, it names the extended networks after the original network, so it's hard to know what you're connecting to.
When it works, it works well. Unfortunately it just stops every day and has to be restarted - rendering it useless for normal operation.
I have tried various ways of expanding the broadband in my house. It is only a standard 3 bed semi with a loft conversion. It wasn't the loft as most think that was the problem spot but the front bedroom.
Worked as described first time. PROS: Covers an entire single-story house from central location, with at least 4 bars and adequate website loading speed on 2.4GHz in all corners. I followed the illustrated quick-start guide, and it worked first-time. Sits secure in a 15-year old power socket.
Great piece of kit, has boosted my wifi signal all over the house. Unlike previous boosters I've used you can keep the same SSID as your router so don't have to change all of your gadgets. Only drawback is that it is quite big at 20cm x 15cm with the aerials extended.
Bought this to up my Wi-Fi signal and it does that and more. No more spinning or hesitation or interruption in my streaming.
