Bought a like new damaged packaging item. Flash never worked seller unresponsive. Now Camera won't work at all. Supposed to Ravenscroft warranty but does not.

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 II Digital Camera has something on it that the I, III, IV, V, and VI do not have, a flash hot shoe. So, what's the big deal with the hot shot I will tell you, in the real world interior flash shots with a pop up flash just do not make it for me.
