What a lens, haven't really taken it off my d750. Super fast and great for portraits, clean crisp and fast. A little heavy but nothing really to worry about.

The first time I used this lens, I was a bit dissapointed. I could find the sharpness like my 35 1.4L. The reason was that my art had e terrible backfocus of +18 on my 5D MK3's. After Sigma calibrated my lens, I had a nother lens!

Sigma has produced some really fine lenses over the past few years, including the 50mm F1.4 EX DG HSM (which we liked a lot when we reviewed it in 2008 ) and the 85mm F1.4 EX DG HSM . But the 35mm F1.4 DG HSM may possibly be its best yet.
