SanDisk Ultra Backup 8GB
One of the unspoken truths of computing is that even power users often forget to do backups on the road. Yet it only takes one crash to lose your Word documents, photos, music collection, movies, and other locally stored files.

SLOOOOOOWWWWWW
64GB flash technology is not there yet. The biggest flash one should buy is 32GB. Ive never owned anything this slow. Its also too long. Could be much shorter.

Incorrect sandisk
Took camera to Best Buy for new SanDisk. Wanted to upgrade from 2 to 8 GB. Was told by sales agent this would work great. Guess what!!! My camera (which was also purchased from Best Buy) would not support the larger SanDisk. Did not find this out until I got it home and tried it out.

works as descibed
So far so good, i've only had it for about 2 weeks but everything seems to be working properly. Transfer reate seems to be little slow when i compare it to my other flash drives.

I know a lot of Windows users that cringe when I mention Mac's backup system called Time Machine. "We've had backup in Windows for way longer than Time Machine" is their typical response. I agree. What they fail to realize is the ease of use that Apple's Time Machine brings for backing stuff up.

Most portable backup drive around!
Nice! A small portable multi use and easy to use flash drive. I only wish it would come in a larger capacity. I use this flash drive to backup my backed up files and then I could have confidence that these files are being protected in another place.
