The Samsung T7 Touch ticks a lot of boxes and is a very desirable product if you have even the tiniest desire for some extra storage. Firstly the drive comes in a few capacities to fit both your budget and your needs.

The Samsung Portable SSD T7 drive comes formatted with the exFAT file system and the overall capacity shows up as 466GB in Windows. Samsung went with exFAT for compatibility with Windows and macOS systems when you use the drive for the first time, but you can reformat if you’d like to change it.
In my day-to-day usage, I found the T7 to be as reliable as the outgoing model. It is defintiely faster and the added fingerprint security just makes it more secure. Of course, if you are not bothered so much about the security aspect, one can always go for the non-Touch version.
