Extremely poor build quality from Samsung with this. I am returning it straightaway. It makes an annoying creaking sound near the bottom left hand side of the screen...like its going to break or come apart any second.

I purchased this tablet for my wife. It is her second Samsung tablet. She gave hers to one of her sisters. I would not purchase a tablet with two speakers placed on the same side. I am astonished that many do not mention this. This is a deal breaker for me.
Always gives excellent service
The Samsung Galaxy TabPRO 8.4 is the smallest of the TabPRO tablets measuring in at 8.4 inches and weighing a light 331 grams for the WiFi only version. Like the other tablets in this family, the TabPRO 8.4's display offers a resolution of 2560 x 1600.
Crisp display due to high pixel density; Excellent brightness and color balance; 10 hour+ battery life
Small screen not ideal for Multi-Window feature; Performance issues when flicking through homescreens
The battery life is just terrible at about 50% of my wife's Ipad Mini. I have not used a Samsung Tab before and they need to have a user manual on-line that covers IN DETAIL is use and functions.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is an superb device from Samsung having HD display for stunning viewing experience, latest OS for enjoying latest apps and features, quad core processor for fast browsing and speed and high end cameras for photography. It is available for $369.99 at Samsung Store.
Crisp; colorful display; Powerful processor; Slim and lightweight
Major deficiencies even in standard UI; Less battery life; Expensive
It's nice device but I didn't prefer to keep it, I sold it after approximately 4 months usage because it doesn't support some apps like "whatsapp, truecaller...
Excellent screen resolution
Battery life
By adding the PRO moniker to its latest line of tablets, Samsung was making it clear that uncompromising performance is what defines its latest series. The smallest of the bunch may quite easily be the best mid-sized, but not mid-range, tablet currently available.
I use it as a network attached device - browsing via ES File Explorer - and do all my reading on it now. Workflow (unrar and then read) for this is speedy, even on large PDFs. Mono speaker is decent, but I prefer headphones.
Easy on the eyes for this migraine sufferer; Full size scanned comics read easily at the slightly physically smaller size; Pretty decent battery life so far, though I've not really pushed it to heavy gaming use; No flicker or lag on movie playback over network; Remote computer control.
None that I've found so far
