Some sim-racing developers are in love with cars, but whether they love video games and the people who play them is unclear. I don't get that feeling from Project Cars 2 developer Slightly Mad Studios.

Gran Turismo , and even before that, Ridge Racer was how I wasted away a fair chunk of my childhood. Sadly, as I grew older, I stopped religiously playing our high octane buddies. Originally, I thought this was because I was getting older but then, after many years of reflection, I realised that it...
Had this a couple weeks now I'd reccomend to anyone into there racing sims handling and gameplay are fantastic
The improvement and changes done to PC2 are massive. Number of cars, tracks, visuals, etc. Just to complete the career mode will take anybody a very large number of entertaining hours. Physics are great also, much improvement compared to PC

Beautiful visuals; Packed out with game modes; A huge catalogue of tracks and cars; Dynamic Weather Effects work great
Frustratingly buggy in certain scenarios; Difficult learning curve that may put of people unfamiliar with the franchise
Put the handling to one side, and Project Cars 2 is a car enthusiast's dream. Cars look great in all-weathers, and vehicles such as the Audi R8 LMS sound raw, aggressive and just fantastic. The handling, however, presents a problem – with a wheel at least.
IMO better than F7 and GTS. Excellent track selection and very good game play.
If you love the whiff of diesel, and the roar of a car engine as you hurtle round a track, Project CARS 2 is a game designed lovingly for you. The original was a hardcore sim that almost makes Gran Turismo look as arcadey as Mario Kart, and this sequel ups the ante with lots of extra content.
The first Project CARS had a fascinating history behind it. The team at Slightly Mad Studios, who were previously known for the Need for Speed: Shift series, decided to take their ambition and fund a racing game through their own money along with the funds raised by the community supporting them.
I have been a Forza Motorsport fan for years. However, after making the switch to the PlayStation 4 (Sorry Xbox), I found myself without a decent racing simulator to play. Sick and tired of waiting for Kazunori Yamauchi to finish Gran Turismo Sport , I decided to give Project CARS 2 a try.
