I love these!

Bought them for ps4 after I bought my brother the xbox one pair, they are so awesome. The sound settings are so useful as I change then for music or play, you can hear everything which really helps when seeking enemies out and the game/ party chat dial is very useful for streamers or heavy games...

Best tricks for Xbox One so far. Clock-free sound, comfortable, cruel battery life. Not the world's most beautiful, but perfectly OK design for being gaming.

It's a Steal for this price.

I don't even know where to start on these. I've ordered so many headphones from Sennheister 800HD cans (close to $400 headphones) to Bose (pretty much everything they make), I've ordered and used Steel Series Sibera 800's (they broke within 6 months and the sound quality was kind of crap) which is a...

Plantronics Rig 800 LX Review: Best Gaming Headset Under $150

The Plantronics Rig 800 LX is the best gaming headset you can find for $150, and it's good enough to hang with more expensive options. The Rig 800 LX is comfortable, has an incredible 24 hour battery life, sounds excellent and comes with Dolby Atmos built-in.

Great Sound; Multiple EQ's; Incredibly Comfortable and Lightweight; Super Long Battery Life; Dolby Atmos Support with Code Included

Would Be Nice to Have Bluetooth Connectivity

Plantronics RIG 800LX review: A comfy wireless headset with Dolby Atmos and subpar bass

Incredibly lightweight and comfortable, the Plantronics RIG 800LX would be one of our favorite wireless headsets-if it weren't for a bass driver...

Comfortable and incredibly lightweight; especially for a wireless headset; Dolby Atmos support is a neat novelty; Long-lasting battery

All-plastic construction feels fragile; Unintuitive and cumbersome sizing adjustment; Bass and treble both distort even at moderate volumes

Plantronics RIG 800LX SE Wireless Gaming Headset with Dolby Atmos Review

So I been rocking with Plantronics for a while now mostly using their Backbeat series ranging from earbuds all the way to high-end office headphones. It's been awhile since I really sat down some of their gaming headphones as my colleague Mike usually handles that but I was interested in their RIG...

There are plenty of brands out there dabbling in the console gaming headphones space. However, until recently, there's not been a huge gulf between the best and the brightest in the area. Sure, some headphones might offer better fit or longer battery life.

Dolby Atmos does sound good; Battery life is longer than the competition

Dolby Atmos not very well supported; Iffy ergonomics

Plantronics Rig 800LX Review: A Good Atmos Xbox One Headset

The Plantronics Rig 800LX is a cozy, lightweight gaming headset that offers immersive Dolby Atmos audio out of the box.

Comfy; lightweight design; Strong audio performance; Includes Dolby Atmos for Headphones; Long battery life

Bulky design; Occasional static; Microphone can get fuzzy

Review – The Plantronics RIG 800HS headset delivers on comfort and good sound

Wireless gaming headsets often feel like a compromise, where questions of price, comfort, and quality get obfuscated by battery life and convenience. While I'd still recommend headphones paired with something like a ModMic for PC, that combination falls flat when it comes to console gaming.
