Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED F1.8 Lens review

It's easy to get carried away and lose sight of just how far we've come in the smartphone world. Apple's iPhone 14 is 7.8 millimeters thick but can communicate directly with satellites, boasts photographic talents that eclipse dedicated cameras and action cams, and does so starting at just $799.

Improved low-light camera performance, Clever safety features (you hope you won't need)

Improvements feel evolutionary, eSIM may prove a headache, iPhone 13 offers much the same for $100 less

Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED F1.8 Lens review

The iPhone 14 is better than its predecessor, but it's also more expensive and doesn't have many significant upgrades.

Even faster, with a better camera and more features.

Charger is optional. Lacks telephoto lens. Price has been increased.

Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 45mm F1.8 Lens Black - Brand New review

More like an iPhone 13S. The generational upgrades for the iPhone 14 are limited to a few subtle changes. At the same time, however, the base price climbs to 800 USD, while the only true innovation happens inside the iPhone 14 Pro series.

excellent OLED display, dust- and waterproof, fast Wi-Fi, wide range of supported frequencies, great camera, very fast performance, good battery life

display limited to 60 Hz, charging rate limited to 20 watts, no macro lens, wide notch

Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 45mm f/1.8 Review

The stand-out feature of Olympus 45mm prime lens is its fast maximum aperture. Although there is no need for the bright viewfinder image that f/1.8 offers (because electronic viewfinders compensate for the lens aperture very well) it is important in providing a narrow depth-of-field that can be used...

Olympus M.ZUIKO Digital 45mm f/1.8

"Pancakes" aside, the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 45mm f/1.8 is one of the smallest lenses in the Micro Four Thirds system, which is no mean feat considering that this is a fast-aperture telephoto lens.

Best lens for m/43

I keep this lens on my camera all the time . It has replaced all my other lens due to its sharpness and amazing bokeh. I have much more expensive lens that don't work half as good .

So sharp and amazing bokeh

Fantastic little lens!! Stunning for something so small!

Phenomenal little lens. Sits in the palm of your hands. Very well built, solid materials. Focus speed is incredibly fast. Tac sharp and the colors are brilliant. Silver color matches my silver OMD-EM1 flawlessly. Two small downfalls about this lens that warranted the 4 stars. No lens hood.

indispensible part of micro 4/3 outfit

this is a fabulous portrait/venue lens: sharp, fast, and light. The lighter weight of the lens allows for good balancing on small micro 4/3 bodies, and personally I don't believe a metal casing would add value.
