I have an i7 on an X58 platform, and this has worked perfectly. i7 965 @ 3.8ghz. So not sure why the other reviewer had a problem. I really like this keyboard, the screen is amazing, and the keys feel great. I didn't buy it to record macros and such, but maybe I'll learn how.

Yes, $189 bucks (you can't take it with you) is alot to pay for a keyboard. If you are writing emails, YouTubing, MS Office geeking or any thing that could probably be done on a Pentium II then this isn't the keyboard for you.

All the features you'd expect and then some. Only downside is if you have a keyboard tray that pulls out from the underside of your desk then the excessive depth of the keyboard might be a problem. All-in-all a great buy for gamers.
