I think it's pretty safe to say that Arc System Works, Capcom and NetherRealm are the ‘three kings' of fighting games. These three companies develop the majority of popular fighting games but let's face it, Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter are definitely the biggest names in the genre.

They really turned this one around. The first game was sluggish, had an awful story, chunky graphics. The sequel is faster, has better characters and move sets, looks gorgeous on the PS4 Pro and keeps you wanting to play due to the fantastic reward system. Good job guys!!
I'm not the game player of the family but I recognise an arcade game from decades ago when I see one. Fabulous graphics on the ps4 but the repetitive button mashing required seems to bring little creative input to the experience. That might be exactly what you are looking for of course.
