This is a great headset if you are intending on using for pc however if you have a PS4 don’t bother the usb dongle is obviously not optimized well at all for PS4 so the mic cuts out, so much so that my friends tell me that I’m almost inaudible at times!! (Hyper X also doesn’t have a fix for this at all online!!) If you’re spending this much money on a product I would hope that it would work as advertised!

HyperX has a very big following with its Cloud series headsets. We are looking at its Cloud Alpha wired headset today. No 7.1 surround, no wireless, no software, no nonsense. Its claim to fame are "Dual Chambered Drivers," and is the exact reason we purchased these for review.

The headset's drivers are extremely efficient and capable of volume levels they should satisfy almost any user. Kingston rates the maximum output at 105dB. I have no doubt that they are capable of meeting or perhaps exceeding that specification.

It is a premium headset and gives very good audio output. You will easily feel the difference once you use it. If you are looking for a very good headset the HyperX cloud headset is worth checking.
