"If only Homefront wasn't so buggy..."; "If only it was a little more difficult..."; "If only its development wasn't so troubled…" But there is no single, special solution to the problems that Homefront has.

Homefront: The Revolution is a reboot of a mostly acceptable game. A reboot that brings about nauseating visuals, lackluster combat, and a dull narrative. An impressive customization feature is far from enough to save this sad installment. - Jay Malone
Interesting weapon customization; Co-op has some cool elements
Putrid visuals; Derivative mission design; Constant hitching; Squanders potential in narrative gloriously; Lifeless
Whenever I hear about the Homefront games, I immediately shout "Wolverines" in my mind because the concept is a variant of the campy movie Red Dawn . Sadly, the hero of Homefront: The Revolution is no heroic Patrick Swayze, or even a scared but effective combatant like Charlie Sheen.
Great weapon mod system; Excellent level design; Welcome zone variety
Inconsistent framerate; Awkward gunplay; Numerous bugs; Unimaginative missions; Forgettable characters; Tags
Anybody is this game any good Coop
America didn't fare well in Homefront , and it's doing even worse in its oft-delayed sequel, Homefront: The Revolution . Things are looking up, though. A group of ragtag rebels have been slowly making headway in creating a foothold to take back Philadelphia.
Really good game. Graphics are excellent and responsive. Although, camera lets it down.
From top to bottom, The Revolution disappoints. There isn't a single aspect of this game that doesn't under-perform or that isn't broken in some way. The story is bad, the graphics are bad, the audio is bad, and the gameplay is bad. That's not to say the game didn't have potential.
North Korea is without question a very dangerous country, which makes it all the more surprising how it is very rarely used as an opposing force in video g
Expansive weapons system; Scale of invasion
Constant technical mishaps; Generic experience
Homefront: The Revolution is a very ambitious game that has all the ingredients of a blockbuster, but somehow doesn't quite feel fully-baked. The single-player game has aspects that are interesting and challenging, but unfortunately it's let down by average gunplay and flawed AI.
Homefront: The Revolution is one of the most heartbreaking games I have ever played in my life. Not because of the story but because I know that this could have been a great game but sadly, there are so many issues with this game that completely ruin the entire experience.
