So far I like it

Have only had the Printer for about a month, but so far all is going well. I find it easy to send a fax or to print. For scanning - I did not realize I'd need to start the scanning from my computer, likely I just didn't read the product info well enough before buying, but thats the only part that I...

Great overall printer and scanner

I purchased this product a month ago. As an attorney with access to electronic filing in courts, scanning documents is necessary and effortless from either the feeder or glass. The quality is great, and the printer is a workhorse.

This is the perfect home laser printer. I have had it for a couple of years now and it has worked flawlessly. It is nice and compact, prints well, the feeder tray works without issue and the scanning software is easy to use and has never had an issue connecting to the scanner which is an issue I...

Does all we expected

After 4 month' research at several stores/online, I came back to the larger black-white model I had selected. The last visit I made to check prices had "little sister" Mono all-in-one sitting with smaller price tag next to faster model. I checked specs. Seems the only difference was price and speed.
Pros:
  • Design
  • Easy to Use
  • Features
  • Performance
  • Quiet
  • value
  • easy set up
Cons:
  • small set up screen

So far no issues, scans, prints, duplexes and everything seems good. No network glitches like printers of the past. The ADF scans a little skewed though.

Great features. easiest to set up

I bought this two weeks ago for my wife. It is without a doubt the easiest out of the box to set up and get running of any wireless printer I have owned. It automatically finds the router, you enter the password to the router and you are done.
Pros:
  • Affordable

Not a good wireless device

I bought a few weeks ago but I'm not happy with this item. I can't get my lap tops connected to it. So complicated.
Pros:
  • Affordable
Cons:
  • More RAM
