I bought a few weeks ago but I'm not happy with this item. I can't get my lap tops connected to it. So complicated.

Bad printer

I've had this printer for a week - I have to keep re-installing drivers, to print or scan. It's a colossal waste of productivity. I have gotten it to occasionally print and scan, but every time I have a new job, I have to go through the re-installing process.
