CONCLUSION This unit is ideal for someone who has a non-smart TV but would like to easily and inexpensively stream media from an Android or iOS tablet or phone to it. Those who already have Smart TVs will benefit little.
Google Chromecast is an HDMI dongle that once connected with any ordinary TV with HDMI port will convert it into a smart TV. With this dongle users will be able to stream anything that they see on their mobile, or tablet or laptop onto their big TV screen.
Our experience with the Chromecast was a bit marred due to the lack of iOS support at the time of our testing. We sent the device back before the app was released. Maybe in the future, we could get our hands on another Chromecast and make some appends to this review.
