In April 2013, this 55–200mm f/3.5–4.8 OIS zoom ($699, street) joined the Fujinon 18–55mm f/2.8–4 zoom ($699, street) to round out a relatively fast and useful XF-series optical system for Fujifilm's impressive X-series of ILCs. How good is it?

As the first telephoto zoom for the fledgling XF system, the new Fujifilm XF 55-200mm F3.5-4.8 R LM OIS is a solid rather than spectacular performer, offering an appealing combination of good image quality, excellent construction and handling, and fair value for money.
Built with optical design that offers a large maximum aperture, and a linear motor that delivers high-speed AF performance, while featuring the image stabilization function that allows the use of shutter speeds 4.5 stops slower.
In my nascent tenure as a Fujifilm shooter, I've worked primarily in the medium to wide focal spectrum, from 55mm at the longest to 10mm at the widest. I'm primarily a street photographer, so I'll have to find a balcony for anything longer than 50mm.
I got this to complete my 3-lens set for my recently bought X-Pro1 and it's just blown me away. It's beautifully made, light, works very smoothly. The zoom ring is still quite stiff but this should loosen off over time I think.
Fabulous IQ; up with the very best
Er...haven't found any yet
The only negative thing I have to say about this lens would be its performance at 200mm; it feels like the lens has been optimized for the wide-angle end (given its extremely impressive performance below 100mm) and that 200mm has been, by necessity, left to be slightly less impressive.
Hannah Stryker / Review Geek The iPhone 14 is the latest iteration of Apple’s flagship device. Since its launch, the iPhone has set the standard of what a smartphone is, what it does, and how it looks. Fifteen years later, it’s still doing that.
Top-notch cameras, Amazing display, Snappy performance, Great battery life
It's just "this year's iPhone"
The iPhone 14 isn't much of an upgrade over the iPhone 13, but it's still a great device and an upgrade for anyone coming from the iPhone 11 or older.
Great camera, Good battery, Emergency features are cool, Still excellent performance
Display could use some upgrades
